Shipping Policy

At Jaskart Network Private Limited ("Jaskart", "we", "us", or "our"), operating www.jaskart.com, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. As a multi-vendor marketplace, shipping is handled by individual sellers or our partnered logistics providers.


1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Processing time may vary depending on the seller's availability, product customization (if any), and verification of payment.

You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order is processed and shipped.


2. Shipping and Delivery Time

We ship across all major cities and towns in India (including remote areas where logistics partners operate).

Estimated Delivery Time (after dispatch):

Metro cities & Tier-1 cities: 2–5 business days

Tier-2 & Tier-3 cities: 4–7 business days

Remote / North-East / Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep: 7–15 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather, festivals, public holidays, force majeure events, or logistics delays. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

Product weight & dimensions

Delivery location (pin code)

Seller's shipping settings

Many sellers offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹499 or ₹999 – displayed per product/seller).

If applicable, shipping fees will be clearly shown before you place the order.

For multi-item orders from different sellers, separate shipping charges may apply (consolidated where possible).


4. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics providers, including (but not limited to):

Blue Dart

India Post / Speed Post

XpressBees

The specific partner is chosen by the seller or our system for optimal speed and cost.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

Track your order in real-time on our website (My Account > Orders) or directly on the logistics partner's website.


6. Delivery Conditions

Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is accurate, and someone is available to receive the package.

For high-value or COD orders, a signature or OTP verification may be required.

If the delivery attempt fails (recipient unavailable, wrong address, etc.), the order may be returned to the seller after 2–3 attempts, and return shipping fees may apply.


7. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact customer support immediately.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.


8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

In case of non-delivery, damage, or loss, contact our support within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order ID.

We will coordinate with the seller and logistics partner to resolve the issue (replacement, refund, or reshipment as per our Returns Policy).


9. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We ship only within India.
