1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery (receipt date) for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened (where applicable), and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The product must include all original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and free gifts (if any).
- The return request must be raised through your account or by emailing us within the 7-day window.
2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, and undergarments
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, lipsticks, perfumes, deodorants, hair oils once opened)
- Customized or personalized products
- Perishable goods (e.g., certain oils or food-related items if applicable)
- Digital products, gift cards, or e-vouchers
- Items marked as "Final Sale", "Non-Returnable", or "No Return" on the product page

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery (include photos of the issue, packaging, and product).
- We will provide a full refund (including shipping charges) or send a replacement (subject to availability) at no extra cost.
- Return shipping will be arranged and covered by us in such cases.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your Jaskart account → Go to "My Orders" → Select the order → Click "Return/Exchange".
- Choose the reason and submit photos (if required).
- Or email us at support@jaskart.com with your Order ID, contact number, and reason for return.
- Our team will review and approve your request (usually within 24–48 hours) and provide return instructions / pickup details.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to our logistics partner.
5. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually 2–5 business days), we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Refund Timeline:
- Prepaid orders (UPI, Card, Netbanking, Wallets): 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund to your bank account (details required) within 7–10 business days.
- Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of buyer-initiated returns (change of mind), unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the exchanged item is of higher value, you'll need to pay the difference.
- If lower value, the difference will be refunded or issued as store credit (at our discretion).
7. Important Notes
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
- Return shipping charges are borne by the customer for change-of-mind returns (unless specified otherwise).
