Return & Return Policy

At Jaskart (operated by Jaskart Network Private Limited), we want you to love everything you buy from www.jaskart.com. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with a simple and hassle-free return & refund process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery (receipt date) for a refund or exchange, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  1. The product is unusedunopened (where applicable), and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. The product must include all original packagingtagslabelsaccessoriesmanualswarranty cards, and free gifts (if any).
  3. The return request must be raised through your account or by emailing us within the 7-day window.


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  1. Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, and undergarments
  2. Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, lipsticks, perfumes, deodorants, hair oils once opened)
  3. Customized or personalized products
  4. Perishable goods (e.g., certain oils or food-related items if applicable)
  5. Digital products, gift cards, or e-vouchers
  6. Items marked as "Final Sale", "Non-Returnable", or "No Return" on the product page

Please check the product description carefully before placing your order.


3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If you receive a damageddefective, or incorrect product:

  1. Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery (include photos of the issue, packaging, and product).
  2. We will provide a full refund (including shipping charges) or send a replacement (subject to availability) at no extra cost.
  3. Return shipping will be arranged and covered by us in such cases.


4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your Jaskart account → Go to "My Orders" → Select the order → Click "Return/Exchange".
  2. Choose the reason and submit photos (if required).
  3. Or email us at support@jaskart.com  with your Order ID, contact number, and reason for return.
  4. Our team will review and approve your request (usually within 24–48 hours) and provide return instructions / pickup details.
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and hand it over to our logistics partner.


5. Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually 2–5 business days), we will process your refund.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. Refund Timeline:
  4. Prepaid orders (UPI, Card, Netbanking, Wallets): 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).
  5. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund to your bank account (details required) within 7–10 business days.
  6. Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of buyer-initiated returns (change of mind), unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchange Policy

  1. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  2. If the exchanged item is of higher value, you'll need to pay the difference.
  3. If lower value, the difference will be refunded or issued as store credit (at our discretion).


7. Important Notes

  1. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
  2. Return shipping charges are borne by the customer for change-of-mind returns (unless specified otherwise).
  3. Any fraudulent return attempts may result in cancellation of future orders or legal action.
