By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules thereunder. It does not require physical or digital signatures.

We operate an online e-commerce platform offering curated products including beauty & cosmetics, fashion apparel, home & lifestyle items, gift articles, and more.

2. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority under applicable law to use the Platform and enter into contracts.
Minors may use the Platform only under supervision of a parent/guardian.
By using the Platform, you represent that you are eligible to form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are not barred from using it.

3. User Account

You may need to create an account to place orders or access certain features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it promptly.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, inaccurate information, or suspected fraud.

4. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability. We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or other reasons (with full refund).
Product descriptions, images, and prices are for informational purposes; we do not warrant absolute accuracy.
Orders placed constitute an offer; acceptance occurs upon dispatch confirmation.
We act as a facilitator; for third-party seller products (if any), the contract is between you and the seller.

5. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes

Prices are in INR and include applicable taxes (e.g., GST) unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments via cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets, and COD (where available).
You are responsible for all charges, including delivery fees, convenience fees, and taxes.
In case of COD, additional handling fees may apply.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship across India to serviceable locations.
Delivery timelines are estimates; delays due to force majeure, logistics issues, or other uncontrollable events are not our liability.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery/handover.
Title to goods passes upon full payment and delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our Return and Refund Policy (available on the Platform) forms part of these Terms.
Cancellations before dispatch are generally allowed; post-dispatch cancellations may incur charges.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (text, images, logos, trademarks, designs) is owned by us or our licensors and protected under copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Limited license granted for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Post unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
Violate any laws, infringe IP rights, or engage in fraud.
Use the Platform for commercial purposes without consent.
Transmit viruses, spam, or interfere with the Platform.
Attempt unauthorized access or scraping.

We may remove content or terminate access for violations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or virus-free content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform or products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product/order.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, violation of laws, or infringement of third-party rights.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions).

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms, along with Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and other policies on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement.
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains enforceable.
No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of subsequent breaches.
